About the event
Once upon a time, words relating to nature — dandelion, bluebell, acorn — began disappearing from the Oxford Junior Dictionary, and were replaced by words relating to the digital world — broadband, blog, voicemail. Through the magic of being spoken, sung and seen in beautiful illustrations, the lost words will be summoned back into the mouths and imaginations of children and adults alike.
Narrated by Emmy Award-winning TV Journalist and Life Coach, Jill Farmer
Chamber Ensemble: Hannah Frey, violin, Wendy Hymes, flute/piccolo, Tricia Jostlëin, horn, Mary Bryant, clariner/bass clarinet, Randy Gindler, percussion.
